Ubuntu 24.04 ships xfwm4 4.18.0. This build provides the latest upstream 4.20 series plus NetLinux-specific enhancements:

The NetLinux build adds the ability to remove and restore window decorations (titlebar and border) at runtime, similar to the "Un/Decorate" feature in Openbox.
toggle_decorations_key in the Xfce keyboard shortcuts editor, or via xfconf:
